Welcome to our financial reporting integration tool (Financial Sheet). By accessing or using the App, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use ("Agreement"). If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use the App.
1. Description of the App
The App is designed to connect with QuickBooks Online (QBO) to retrieve financial data and present it in Google Sheets or other external platforms to aid in business analysis and decision-making.
2. Access and Use
You agree to use the App only for lawful purposes and in accordance with this Agreement. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of any login credentials and for all activities that occur under your account.
3. Data and Integrations
By using the App, you authorize it to access your QuickBooks Online account data, including but not limited to financial statements, transactions, and company profile details. This data is used solely to provide reporting functionality and will not be shared with third parties without your consent.
4. User Responsibilities
- You must have valid authorization to connect any QuickBooks Online company.
- You agree not to reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble any part of the App.
- You agree not to use the App to perform or promote any activity that is illegal or violates the rights of others.
5. Limitation of Liability
The App is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. In no event shall we be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising out of your use of or inability to use the App.
6. Modifications
We may modify these Terms of Use at any time. Continued use of the App after changes constitutes your acceptance of the new terms.
7. Termination
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to the App at our sole discretion, with or without notice, if we believe you have violated these Terms.
8. Governing Law
These terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Colorado, without regard to its conflict of law principles.
